I was initially hesitant to work with Samantha one on one because of the expense however my form has changed more in a few months than it did in several years. The best thing about working with Samantha is that our routine for the day is tailored to my body and the amount of time spent on adjustments in a posture is of course more focused than in a class where the instructor has to work with several people with all different needs. If you work with Samantha privately, your yoga practice will improve quickly. You will get stronger and more flexible, as well as improve your balance much more quickly than in group work.

What’s Included:

One-hour alignment-focused yoga sessions (Value $75)

Weekly alignment-focused sessions that get you feeling comfortable and confident in each pose. Oh and this is all in the comfort of your home or office!

Weekly Homework ($50)

That’s right, homework. I’ll give you a couple of poses to work on before we meet again. Don’t worry it will be simple and I’ll give you lots of resources.

Email Support (Value $100)

Have a question with your homework? Or are you just struggling in one particular pose? No problem. You have all access to me. In fact, I encourage you to ask questions and explore yoga outside of our private sessions.

I invite students new to working with me to test the waters with one private session. I value building long-term relationships with my clients and doing meaningful work over a period of time. After the initial session, you have to commit to a package option where we can work together once a week, every two weeks or once a month.

The cost of the initial session is $75.

Semi-Privates- $100/Session

4 Session Package ($300): Includes 4 one-hour sessions in your home or office that can be used over the period of 2 months + homework in between sessions + email follow-up

8 Session Package ($560): Includes 8 one-hour sessions that can be used over 8 months + homework + email follow-up + 2 yoga blocks + 1 yoga strap + 1 blanket

4 Session Semi-Private Package ($380): Includes 4 one-hour semi-private sessions in your home or office that can be used over the period of 2 months + homework in between sessions + email follow-up
